Refund Policy

Because access to digital books is provided immediately after purchase, sales are generally final and non-refundable once online reading access has been granted.

If you were charged in error, received a duplicate charge, cannot access a purchased book because of a technical issue, or received access to the wrong product, contact info@joedaudabooks.com within 7 days. Include your order number, purchase email address and a brief description of the issue. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method where possible.

Nothing in this policy limits any non-excludable rights under applicable consumer-protection law.
